🔨 3-Month Transformation Packages

🏡 Standard Package

$25,000 total (plus materials)
Best for rural homes needing clean-up, repair, and styling for market.

What’s Included:

Full interior & exterior clean-up

Yard and garden restoration

Basic painting, patching, and repairs

Decluttering and waste removal

Styling and staging

On-site management (we live and work there for 3 months)

💳 Payment Schedule

$2,000 Deposit – Non-refundable. Secures your project start date

$5,000 at Week 4 – After first month’s progress and repair work

$6,000 at Week 8 – As major works and upgrades continue

$12,000 at Week 12 – Upon completion and final styling

🧾 Note: Materials and trades (paint, flooring, skips, fixtures, etc.) are additional and billed separately at cost with receipts provided.

Local Trade Booking & Oversight: $500 or 10% project admin fee

Extended Project Time (if needed): $1,500 – $2,500 per extra month

Photography & Real Estate Styling Coordination: On request
